During my two decades working in the travel industry, I have built extensive expertise across the leisure, luxury and corporate sectors. My background spans general management, operations, product development, commercial strategy and supplier partnerships, with experience leading multi-disciplinary teams throughout the UK, Ireland and the US. Notable career highlights include senior roles with Thompsons Holidays, AC Group and, most recently, Tenon Tours, where I was Director of Product & Operations. I am committed to creating high-performing environments where colleagues can thrive, while delivering the outstanding service clients expect. My career has seen me establish long-standing relationships with tourism boards, hotels, DMCs and travel suppliers across a wide range of destinations, with a consistent focus on business growth, operational excellence and memorable client journeys. Having lived and travelled internationally for many years, I remain endlessly fascinated by the world. For me, the best trips are shaped by communities, local traditions, exceptional food and authentic encounters that stay with you long after you return home. From finding a family-run restaurant down a quiet side street to discovering an unforgettable viewpoint or hidden gem, I am instinctively drawn to the details that make travel truly special. Outside work, you will usually find me planning my next adventure, catching up with family and friends, seeking out new restaurants or enjoying a good glass of wine while reminiscing about past travels.
